The buffet was great with quick refills and fresh fruit. Our room was spacious and comfy with a nice tub. The staff were incredibly patient with our toddlers, and there were plenty of toys around for kids to enjoy. The splash pad was a hit for my four-year-old! 🍉

the first room had a revolting sewage smell, and moving to another room was a hassle I didn’t expect to deal with. How hard is it to have hot water in your bathroom? I almost commended the place, but such lack of care for guest comfort is unforgivable. Really disappointing to say the least.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious Superior Room, which was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay pleasant. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool and appreciated the regular free shuttle service to Jomtien beach.
Location is a bit isolated.

I enjoyed the spacious room with a nice bathtub and an engaging buffet that catered well for kids. Happy hour by the pool was a delightful perk!
Despite the lovely staff, the elevators and hallways felt neglected, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Some amenities could use more immediate attention.
